I'm not sore from my last work out which means i need to work out harder. I hope the workout that i did tonight will leave me sore tomorrow

the next day my abs were slightly sore
tonight I"m going to do super man and modify crunc/ im tired and don't feel like doing anything. After dancing to arab music, I"m beat.
