day 2 exercise

I'm not sore from my last work out which means i need to work out harder.  I hope the workout that i did tonight will leave me sore tomorrow
100 twist crunch
( i felt the burn)
100   90 degrees sit -up ( i felt the burn) 
100 holly sit ups
100 of the superman ( after 50 i coulkd feel my shoulders  back were slightly getting tired)

100donkey kick
100 one shoulder sit up
